As a Consultant, you'll be given responsibility to work within strategic consulting programs, developing specialised knowledge to help you shape clients growth strategies and solve their problems. You'll work on a variety of digital topics, applying generalist consulting skills to strategic data, digital content, media and technology questions. Working closely with clients to understand their issues, you'll create strategies for change, win buy-in for your recommendations, and collaborate with fellow monks to transform client potential into performance.
Responsibilities:
Build almost immediate trust and strong relationships with our clients.
Partner with our clients to understand their needs and uncover the true scope of work.
Help deliver integrated programs by leveraging expertise in marketing, technology, product, data and operations, ensuring the work we're doing delivers the greatest value possible to our customers.
Collaborate with team members and participate in project meetings to deliver high-quality work
Execute project tasks, conduct research, analyse data, generate insights and create deliverables, to make robustly justified recommendations and present to clients.
Shape business cases for change
Foster alignment on our mission amongst all client stakeholders.
Identify and communicate risks with internal leadership.
Continuously educate clients on what we do, how we work and why it works.
Anticipate questions and objections and get ahead of them.

Experience and qualifications:
3-5 years of client facing experience
5-10 years of experience in data, digital media or technology
Experience contributing to the sales-cycle by project scoping and developing proposals
External stakeholder and partner management
