Construction Worker (m/f/x)

For our subsidiary BAUER Foundations Philippines, Inc. in Quezon City, we are searching for a new team member as Construction Worker (m/f/x).

Das Erwartet Sie In Ihrer Neuen Rolle

• Prepare and maintain construction sites by clearing work areas, removing potential hazards, and supporting excavation, backfilling, and ground compaction activities
• Coordinate the loading, unloading, transportation, and storage of construction materials to ensure efficient site operations and workflow continuity
• Assist in the erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding, bracing systems, and other temporary site structures in accordance with safety requirements
• Operate and maintain hand-held and power-driven construction equipment while ensuring compliance with applicable safety standards and procedures
• Provide daily operational support to skilled trades personnel and site supervisors during construction, installation, and maintenance activities

• First professional experience in construction industry
• Basic knowledge in the use various types of power and hand tools
• Ability to work at height up to max. 6.0 m
