Salary Package: 30,000 35,000 / month (negotiable depending on experience)

What You'll Do
Take full responsibility for project planning, execution, and day-to-day site operations
Manage project schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure timelines and budgets are met
Coordinate closely with Clients, Consultants, Subcontractors, and Suppliers
Monitor project progress, quality standards, and safety compliance on-site
Review construction plans, shop drawings, and methods to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Prepare project reports, schedules, and cost updates for management review
Coordinate with Accounting and Procurement teams regarding project requirements
What We're Looking For
Graduate of Civil Engineering or related construction courses
58 years of solid experience in construction project management (structural and architectural focus)
Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Results-driven, detail-oriented, and trustworthy professional
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure
Proficient in MS Office and project management or ERP systems
