Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Construction Project Manager who also excels in Customer Relations. This role requires strong leadership in supervising construction projects while maintaining clear, professional communication with clients. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of construction processes and is highly skilled in managing client expectations and relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise construction projects from planning through completion
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timelines and quality standards are met
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer relations
  • Communicate project updates, timelines, and issues clearly and professionally
  • Resolve client concerns and project challenges efficiently
  • Maintain accurate project records, reports, and schedules using Google Sheets and construction software
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and company procedures

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, Supervisor, or similar role (experience is a must)
  • Strong understanding of construction projects, workflows, and terminology
  • Excellent customer relations and client communication skills
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Proficient in Google Sheets and construction/project management software
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
