At Unified Global, you'll have the opportunity to grow your career, develop valuable industry skills, and contribute to meaningful projects in a supportive and collaborative environment.
What You'll Do
As a Construction Project Delivery Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring construction projects are accurately tracked, maintained, and delivered to the highest standards. You will:
- Acting as project captain for their assigned projects — serving as the named accountable person for all project knowledge, conventions, and delivery, and the first point of contact for any project-specific question
- Delivering weekly construction progress updates for assigned projects, following the team's standard QA process end-to-end
- Quality-checking work before passing it to the Team Lead for review — catching error themselves, not waiting to be told
- Staying current with project-specific conventions, documentation, and any changes communicated by the TIC or TPC
- Solving delivery and project maintenance bottlenecks independently — following standard practices where they exist, and applying sound judgment where they don't; escalating to the Team Lead when a decision could affect client-facing outputs or process standards
- Managing project reconfigurations — light changes independently once trained; heavier reconfigurations assessed and executed with Team Lead sign-off
- Collaborating with other teams — TIC, Config, DAPO, Mapping — as a regular part of delivery; building productive working relationships across departments and generating clear action points from those interactions
- Participating in client-facing sessions — from internal benchmarking to project deployment meetings — as confidence and experience grow; decisions and outputs that affect clients are signed off by the Team Lead
