About the Role: Project Assistant
The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating project activities, maintaining consistent client communication, and ensuring projects are completed according to established schedules and specifications. This role serves as a key link between clients and internal departments, supporting documentation, updates, and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with clients via telephone, email, or project management platforms (e.g., SupplyPro) to provide updates on assigned projects.
Address client questions, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation, including inquiries, complaints, and action items.
Receive and process purchase or service orders from clients in alignment with project timelines.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure deliverables are on time and aligned with client and builder guidelines.
Review project documents and recommend process improvements for accuracy and efficiency.
Request and collect feedback from clients to support service improvement initiatives.
Communicate project updates to management and related teams as required.
Support the coordination of starts and orders within the project coordination team.
Perform other project-related tasks as assigned to ensure client satisfaction and team success.
Screening Criteria
At least one (1) year of experience in customer service, construction coordination, or project administration is preferred.
Required Qualifications
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and related project coordination software.
Knowledge of industry standards and project coordination practices.
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive in addressing challenges.
Demonstrates professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity in handling client information.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and internal teams.
Work Schedule
10PM - 7AM Mon - Friday for training and will transition to 6AM- 3PM PH after 2-3 weeks
