Construction Process Plant Manager

Our client, a leading mining company, is seeking an exceptional Construction Process Plant Manager to lead the construction and successful delivery of a major mineral processing facility in Indonesia.

Requirement :

• Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgical, Mechanical, Chemical, Mining, Civil, or related Engineering disciplines.
• Minimum 15 years of experience within Mining, Metals, Mineral Processing, Smelting, or Heavy Industrial Projects.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Process Plant Construction Management roles.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale Gold, Copper, Nickel, Concentrator, Smelter, Hydrometallurgical, or Mineral Processing facilities.
• Strong experience managing EPC/EPCM contractors and large construction workforces.
• Extensive experience in project execution, construction planning, commissioning, and project controls.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Fluent English and Mandarin communication skills.
