Construction Operations Director

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning and design review to completion.
• Create and manage project budgets, timelines, and schedules.
• Monitor project performance, control costs, and prepare forecasts.
• Implement quality control programs and conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with standards.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and delays.
• Develop and enforce health and safety protocols on construction sites.
• Ensure all projects adhere to local regulations and building codes.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, clients, and other departments.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a graduate of Civil Engineering
• Must be a registered Civil Engineer
• Must have at least 10 years experience in Construction and Project Management
• Certifications such as a Project Management Professional (PMP) or LEED accreditation can be a strong advantage
