You'll Be Responsible For
- Lead MEP construction delivery, ensuring compliance with Mace standards, programme objectives, and project requirements.
- Manage health, safety, wellbeing, quality, commissioning, and site performance throughout delivery.
- Build strong partnerships with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Drive programme performance through proactive coordination, digital tools, productivity monitoring, and risk management.
- Implement quality, commissioning, logistics, and delivery strategies to achieve key milestones and successful project outcomes.
You'll Need To Have
- Proven MEP delivery expertise with strong technical, planning, quality, and commissioning knowledge.
- Experience leading complex projects, driving safety, performance, and consistent standards.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaborative leadership skills.
- Relevant engineering or construction qualification, professional accreditation, and SMSTS/CSCS certification.
