1. Assist the Finishing Post Turnover Supervisor/Assistant Manager in the inspection of units, mailboxes, and parking slots for RFO

2. (Post Turnover Projects).

3. Confirm connection of utility meters to the units.

4. Conduct continuity tests on electrical and auxiliaries, including wiring devices.

5. Conduct functionality tests on smoke/heat detectors and T&B exhaust fans.

6. Conduct flow tests on water lines and slope-to-drain tests on T&B and balcony areas.

7. Confirm completeness and compatibility of each set of keys to the units and mailboxes turned over by handyman contractors.

8. Endorse fully accepted units from handyman contractors to QESH.

9. Evaluate buyers punch lists endorsed by the Buyers Turnover Group prior to creation of Job Orders, and endorse valid defects for rectification to Site PD for approval and JO creation.

10. Participate in the Job Order (JO) process, including:

11. Preparation and accomplishment of IWS details.

12. Preparation of RRF with required quantities and attachments.

13. Endorsement of RRF to Cluster Head and Area Head for approval.

14. Coordination with Procurement for JO creation and submission.

15. Endorsement of JO through proper channels until final approval.

16. Monitor timely completion of unit rectification based on buyers punch lists.

17. Prepare official re-endorsement of completely rectified units to the Buyers Turnover Group – Site Operations, including recording and distribution of necessary reports.

18. Evaluate validity of defects due for rectification on unsold and not-yetturned-over units endorsed by QESH and forward to Site PD for JO approval/creation.

19. Monitor timely completion of unit rectification based on endorsements from PMD-CRU.

20. Prepare and review unit punch lists, including scopes of work requiring rectification/repair, for endorsement to Site PD for IWS creation to award to handyman contractors after DLP expiry.

21. Monitor rectification works from mobilization until completion.
