You own the accuracy and financial foundation of pre-construction decisions by producing detailed cost estimates based on drawings, specifications, and documented project requirements. Your work directly influences bid competitiveness, budget integrity, and project feasibility within a structured offshore delivery model.

Day-to-day, you analyze plans, perform quantity take-offs, coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for pricing, and prepare fully documented cost breakdowns aligned with client specifications. This role suits professionals who are detail-driven, structured in documentation, comfortable working against defined scopes and deadlines, and confident operating within measurable accuracy standards.

YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

• At leasr 3+ years of experience as a Construction Estimator within commercial or residential construction
• Hands-on responsibility for quantity take-offs, bid preparation, and detailed cost breakdowns
• Proficiency in Procore, PlanSwift, Bluebeam, and advanced MS Excel for cost calculations and reporting
• Strong working knowledge of construction methods, materials, building codes, and pricing structures
• Experience coordinating with vendors and subcontractors to secure competitive quotes
• Exposure to U.S.-based construction projects or offshore delivery environments
• Willingness to work 11:00 PM8:00 AM, MondayFriday, onsite at Cebu IT Park

Cost Estimation & Quantity Take-Off

You establish the financial baseline of each project by translating plans and specifications into accurate cost projections.

• Perform detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and technical documents
• Prepare labor, material, and equipment cost estimates
• Validate scope inclusions and exclusions before submission

Bid & Proposal Development

You convert technical analysis into structured, competitive submissions.

• Develop comprehensive bid packages aligned with project requirements
• Compile direct and indirect cost breakdowns
• Ensure documentation accuracy prior to proposal release

Vendor & Subcontractor Coordination

You secure competitive pricing while maintaining quality standards.

• Source and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations
• Negotiate pricing within defined budget parameters
• Maintain pricing databases for future reference

Budget & Cost Control Support

You strengthen financial predictability throughout the pre-construction phase.

• Contribute to project budget development
• Identify cost-saving and value engineering opportunities
• Provide cost updates to stakeholders as required

Documentation & Stakeholder Alignment

You maintain audit-ready records and structured communication flows.

• Archive estimates, contracts, and pricing correspondence
• Clarify scope requirements with project managers, architects, and engineers
• Provide structured cost reports aligned with client review cycles
