The Role
We need a phone-first recruiter based in the Philippines to join a leading national construction engineering recruitment company. They help firms scale by finding and placing the right leaders at the right stage of growth. This is a candidate engagement role, not a 360 desk. Your job is to call, qualify and book.
The client's sourcing specialist finds the candidates. You pick up the phone and use your years of engineering sourcing experience to qualify and engage them.
Mandatory Requirements
- 5+ years experience in recruitment as a senior headhunter and candidate resourcing.
- 2+ years experience sourcing construction engineering candidates in the construction sector.
- 2+ years of experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Premium and Seek talent finder.
- Experience using recruitment ATS systems such as Bullhorn.
- A confident, warm and professional telephone manner; you are comfortable making 40 to 50 calls per day
Responsibilities
- Call candidates sourced by our Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist who have not responded to LinkedIn or email outreach.
- Call all inbound applicants from job advertisements promptly.
- Call all candidates who click through on email campaigns, salary guides and marketing activity.
- Pre-qualify candidates against active role briefs and book the right ones in for an interview.
- Re-engage existing Bullhorn database contacts on a rolling basis to update availability and keep the talent pool warm.
- Record every call outcome and qualification note in Bullhorn within 24 hours.
- Coordinate daily with the Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist to ensure all call lists are actioned the same day.
