Job Description

Duties And Responsibilities

Forecast and arrange weekly activities.
Plan good sequence of work to prevent unnecessary movement and obstruction
Prepare and submit needed documents for QAQX and prevent quality problems during construction period.
Check compliance on material specifications, requirements for formwork, concrete, post-tension, finishing, and etc.
Manager direct workers and subcontractors to execute work onsite without delay and with applied quality, safety, and knowledge
Prepare and submit reports (progress report and updates regarding given area/structure)
Monitor progress of work on daily/weekly basis in view of meeting targets for the month
Check status of subcontractor/supplier actual services performed and delivered
Resolve general problems at site and analyze results
Arrange and attend to authoritys inspection. Plan and undertake defects rectification work
Contact and communicate with subcontractor in-charge and other department in terms of drawing coordination and site coordination
Implement Shimizu Standard and lean Project Management of Shimizu standard on site
Supervise safety installation and dismantling of scaffolding and inspect scaffolding before use of workers.
Build a good relationship with client and follow their regulations with regards to environment during project construction
Performs related duties as required
