Job Title: Compliance Officer

Location: Ortigas, Pasig, PH

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid | 3x Onsite, 2x WFH)

JOB DETAILS

The Compliance Officer is responsible for managing and coordinating all construction compliance documentation required to achieve Final Form 21 Certification for residential building projects across South East Queensland.

This role ensures all mandatory inspections, certifications, engineering approvals, and statutory documentation are obtained, tracked, and submitted in accordance with the NCC, QBCC requirements, local authority regulations, and project timelines.

The Compliance Officer works closely with Site Supervisors, Certifiers, Engineers, Contractors, Suppliers, and Internal Administration Teams to ensure every dwelling reaches practical completion and certification without delays caused by missing or incomplete compliance documentation.

Essential Experience

• Minimum 2 years experience working in a high-volume residential building environment (Preferably an Australian building company)
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods and sequencing
• Ability to interpret architectural, engineering and structural drawings

• Ability to interpret architectural, engineering and structural drawings

Systems (Preferred)

• Microsoft Office Suite
• On Site Companion (training can be provided)
• Databuild or similar estimating software
