Consolidation and Master Data Management Analyst

Job Description

Responsible for ensuring the integrity and consistency of Vivant Energy's financial and operational data across all platforms. This role combines data management, governance, and quality control to deliver cohesive, high-impact data. The analyst also maintains master data entities, including customers, vendors, and financial hierarchies. The role actively supports system implementations, migrations, and financial reporting. ensuring data is represented with consistency. This role also involves planning data quality projects, managing data cleansing, and supporting the month-end closing and consolidation processes. The analyst will coordinate with internal teams to ensure all deliverables are completed on time and to standard.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, and must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

At least 3 years of relevant experience in financial consolidation, master data management, or a similar role.

Solid understanding of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS). Taxation Laws, and Accounting Policies.

Proven experience with master data governance, consolidation, and data quality processes.

Proficiency in SAP (or similar ERP/master data systems) and MS Office (Excel. PowerPoint).
