Key Responsibilities:
1.Property Operations & Maintenance
- Supervise the upkeep and maintenance of the condominium, including common areas, facilities, and security.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure that repairs, servicing, and upgrades are completed on time.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers for maintenance and facility management.
- Ensure compliance with safety, fire, and building regulations.
2.Financial & Budget Management
- Prepare and manage budgets for maintenance, security, and operational expenses.
- Oversee billing, collection of maintenance fees, and financial reporting.
- Ensure cost-effective management of resources and vendor contracts.
3.Resident Relations & Customer Service
- Serve as the primary contact for residents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and disputes professionally.
- Organize meetings with the management committee or residents association.
- Enforce condominium rules, regulations, and policies fairly.
