Condo Leasing Associate

The Condo Leasing Associate is responsible for promoting available condominium units, generating qualified leads, managing prospective tenants, and facilitating leasing transactions to achieve occupancy targets. The role involves sales and business development, property marketing, client engagement, lease documentation, and coordination with internal teams to ensure a seamless tenant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in leasing, real estate, sales, property management, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills, with a sales-driven mindset and the ability to meet leasing and occupancy targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leasing leads, conduct property tours, manage client inquiries, and facilitate lease applications and signing.
• Develop business partnerships, promote available properties, and support marketing campaigns, open houses, and other leasing activities.
