Condo Leasing Associate

Job Summary

We are looking for a Condo Leasing Associate to support our property leasing and sales activities. The role will focus on generating leasing leads, promoting available properties, assisting prospective tenants, and supporting the end-to-end leasing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leasing leads and identify potential tenants through various sales and business development channels.
• Handle property inquiries, client coordination, property viewings, and lease negotiations.
• Promote available units through online platforms, social media, and property marketing activities.
• Build and maintain strong client and tenant relationships while delivering excellent customer service.
• Prepare and coordinate leasing documents, contracts, tenant requirements, and administrative records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Property Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, leasing, real estate, property management, customer service, or business development; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Sales-driven, target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a client-facing role.
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools, with strong organizational and follow-through skills.
