Concierge Supervisor

Company Description Westside Resort is a $1.25-billion integrated resort development in Entertainment City, Parañaque, one of the Philippines leading tourism and gaming districts. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the National Capital Region, Philippines, for members of the Concierge team (Supervisor, Bellman). The Concierge team supports guests from arrival to departure, including greeting and assisting with luggage, coordinating transportation, and providing information about resort facilities and local attractions. Team members handle concierge requests, manage reservations and bookings, and liaise with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. The Supervisor oversees daily concierge operations, mentors team members, and ensures service standards are consistently met. Bellman team members focus on baggage handling, escorting guests to rooms, and assisting with any special requests, always maintaining a professional and welcoming presence.

• Proficiency in Concierge Services and Reservations, including coordinating guest requests, bookings, and special arrangements.
• Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with guests, colleagues, and external service providers.
• Experience with Receptionist Duties and Customer Service, ensuring courteous, efficient, and solution-focused guest interactions.
• Previous experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or resort environments is highly preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting.
• Professional appearance, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Filipino and other languages is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in hospitality or related fields is an advantage.
