Concierge Supervisor

Seda Vertis North is looking for a Concierge Supervisor to oversee concierge operations and ensure guests receive prompt, personalized, and professional assistance throughout their stay.

The role will supervise the Concierge team and oversee guest assistance including transportation arrangements, luggage handling, local recommendations, special requests, and coordination of other guest services. The Concierge Supervisor will also work closely with Front Office, Bell Service, Housekeeping, Security, and other hotel departments to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

The position will assist in handling guest concerns, monitor daily operations and shift endorsements, maintain service standards, and support the training and development of Concierge team members.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related course
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in Concierge, Guest Services, Front Office, or a similar role in a hotel environment
• Preferably with previous supervisory or team-leading experience
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of guest assistance, transportation coordination, luggage services, and local destinations and attractions
• Able to handle guest requests and concerns professionally and efficiently
• Organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple guest requirements
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
• Willing to be assigned at Seda Vertis North, Quezon City
