Guest Assistance: Greeting visitors, providing information about local attractions, and handling special requests.
Front Desk/Support: Managing mail, packages, luggage, and inquiries in hotels, residential buildings, or corporate offices.
Problem-Solving: Resolving guest complaints, managing, and acting as a liaison with housekeeping or maintenance.
Administrative Duties: Performing clerical tasks, organizing transportation, and handling inquiries professionally.
