Concession Agreement Compliance Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Concession Agreement Compliance Supervisor, under the Standards and Compliance Division, the successful candidate is expected to carry out activities related to the plans and programs of the Section with advance technical know-how or specialization to sustain the company's compliance with the Concession Agreement (CA) and standards, and reportorial submissions.

1. CONCESSION AGREEMENT COMPLIANCE

Ensures on time provision of requirements on the applicable sections under the CA.

2. STANDARDS AND REPORTORIAL REQUIREMENTS

Performs activities toward timely preparation, consolidation, and submission of reportorial requirements.

3. SAFETY AND QUALITY COMPLIANCE

Complies with NGCP safety and quality standards and policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree relevant to the position
• 3 years relevant experience
• Advance knowledge of the regulatory environment
• Proficient in written and oral communications
• Excellent business and technical writing skills and advanced knowledge in MS Office suites
