Computer Technician

FIXMYMAC IT SERVICES is seeking a skilled Computer Technician to join our dynamic team. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of technical proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues for a variety of computer systems, particularly Mac products.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers.
• Stay updated on the latest technology trends and updates for Mac systems.
• Manage service requests and document repairs and maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any I.T. related courses with minimum 2 years of experience as a Computer Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge and experience in computer hardware troubleshooting and software.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Relevant technical certifications will be an added advantage.
