Role Description

The Computer Science Teacher for Grades 9 to 12 is a full-time, on-site role based in San Juan City, Metro Manila. The teacher will plan and deliver engaging computer science lessons that align with Cambridge standards, assess student performance, and provide constructive feedback to support academic growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson materials, integrating technology into instruction, maintaining accurate records of student progress, and communicating regularly with learners, families, and colleagues. The teacher will participate in curriculum development, school events, and professional development activities, while fostering an inclusive, respectful classroom environment that supports diverse learning needs.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science and related fields, with the ability to teach core concepts to Grades 9–12.
• Experience in Computer Science Education and Curriculum Development for secondary-level learners.
• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and instructional design that aligns with Cambridge or similar international standards (or wıilling to be trained)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Education, or a related discipline
• Prior experience teaching secondary students, preferably in an international or Cambridge-accredited school.
• Effective classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to inclusive, student-centered teaching.
• Ability to integrate educational technology and digital tools into instruction and assessment.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and collaboration with the school community.
• Board Certification: Must be a LET (Licensure Examination for Teachers) (Philippines) Passer
• Language: Excellent competency in English is a must for effective communication and instruction (Medium of instruction is English)
• Availability: Able to start ASAP
