- Encode scholar's data gathering, youth organizations and other data relevant to division's functions and operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine stoppages and error situations.
- Assist the Information Technology Officer in the conduct of test runs, computer debugging,
- Assist the Information Technology Officer in the implementation of proposed monitoring and/or database template relevant to the office services.

- Must be proficient in MS Office applications, Google Docs, Google Spreadsheet, Google Slides, and virtual conference applications.
- Must have strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Must be familiar with basic computer and printer troubleshooting.
