Job Description

We wish to inform you that DSWD Field Office VII, Cebu City has the vacant contract of service position:

(1) Computer Maintenance Technologist II (COS)- 1 SLOT

Salary Grade:15 (Php 36,619.00)

Status of Employment:Contract of Service

Location/Office:Field Office VII

Program/Division/Unit :Pantawid Pamilya Pilipino Program

Reports to:ITO I

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:

Education: Bachelor Degree relevant to the job

Training: 4 hours of relevant training

Experience: 1-year relevant experience

Eligibility: None Required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science

Or related courses

Training : 4 hours of relevant training

Experience: 1-year relevant experience

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1.Monitors and reports network related problems to Regional Information Technology Officer (RITO) and/or Regional Information and Communication Technology Unit

2.Reports bugs encountered in the applications to RITO and/or MISU

3.Facilitates the use of Pantawid Pamilya software developed and produced by Management Information System Unit

4.Follows instruction based on the established guidelines

5.Oversees and facilitates the encoding of Updates and Compliance Verification System reports for submission and endorsement to National Project Management Office

6.Provides technical support services on IT related issues

7.Facilitates printing of Landbank of the Philippines (LBP) forms for new targets

8.Facilitates printing and reproduction of CVS and Updates forms for the operations of the program at the regional office

9.Helps the RITO in generating reports as needed by Pantawid Pamilya Pilipino Program staff at the Regional Office

10.Supervises the encoding of the hired encoders

11.Accomplishes performance commitment and appraisal

12.Develops and maintains different information systems for the division

13.Maintains and troubleshoot ICT equipment under the division and section

14.Manages database used by the division and section

15.Generates reportorial data and/or information requested from the databases used by the division and section.

16.Performs other related tasks as may be assigned by the supervisor and others.
