The Digital Graphic Artist will be responsible for shaping, executing, and safeguarding
Oona's visual and creative identity across all touchpoints. This role leads the end-to-end creative processfrom concept to executionensuring every material reflects Oona's brand promise, quality standards, and customer-first approach.
This individual will oversee all brand creatives, working closely with Marketing, Product, Partnerships, and Leadership to translate business goals into compelling visual storytelling.
Core Qualifications & Expertise
Creative & Design Expertise
Proven experience creating multi-format brand materials, including:
o Digital ads, social media content, and web visuals
o Print materials (brochures, posters, event collaterals, OOH)
o Presentations, pitch decks, and internal communications
o Campaign key visuals and brand assets
o Event and experiential branding
Strong command of visual storytelling, typography, color theory, layout, and composition
Ability to conceptualize and execute campaign-level creatives, not just individual assets
Brand Leadership
Deep understanding of brand identity, brand systems, and brand governance
Ability to translate brand strategy into consistent, high-quality creative outputs
Experience maintaining and evolving brand guidelines across teams and channels
Strong eye for detail and quality control, ensuring consistency, polish, and clarity in every output
Strategic & Conceptual Thinking
Ability to interpret business objectives, marketing briefs, and product positioning into strong creative concepts
Experience collaborating with Marketing, Growth, Product, and Leadership teams
Capable of balancing creativity with commercial impact and performance goals
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments while maintaining creative excellence
Leadership & Team Management
Experience coordinating with agencies, freelancers, production partners, and vendors
Ability to provide clear creative direction, feedback, and approvals
Skilled at managing workflows, timelines, and creative priorities across multiple projects
Technical Skills
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Working knowledge of motion, video, or animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro)
Strong understanding of digital-first design principles across social, performance marketing, web, and mobile platforms
Solid knowledge of print production processes, file preparation, and vendor coordination
Proficient in using AI-powered creative tools to enhance efficiency and
ideation.
Ability to strategically integrate AI into creative workflows while maintaining brand integrity, originality, and quality standards
Strong judgment in balancing human creativity and AI tools, ensuring outputs remain authentic, compliant, and on-brand
Experience & Background
5+ years of experience in creative design, brand, or visual communications roles
Previous experience as a Senior Designer, Art Director, or Creative Lead preferred
Portfolio demonstrating versatility across digital, print, campaigns, and branding
Experience in regulated or service-oriented industries (insurance, finance, healthcare, tech) is a plus
