ACCIONA CMS joint venture is seeking an experienced Civil 3D Operator to join our growing team in Floridablanca, Pampanga, Central Luzon. This position will play a crucial role in supporting civil engineering and infrastructure projects. The role is responsible for preparing accurate drawings, layouts, and design documentation in coordination with engineers and project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed civil engineering drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Develop site layouts, grading plans, road alignments, profiles, and cross-sections.
- Create and modify surfaces, corridors, and pipe networks in Civil 3D.
- Draft drawings for roads, drainage, utilities, and land development projects.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, industry standards, and local regulations.
- Revise drawings based on engineer/client feedback.
- Maintain drawing standards, layers, and templates.
- Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, and project managers.
- Prepare as-built drawings and documentation.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Experience in infrastructure, highway, or land development projects.
- Knowledge of local codes, standards, and approval processes.
- Proficiency in Civil 3D system.
- Basic knowledge of quantity take-offs and BOQs.
- 2 - 3 years working experience in the same role.
- As-built drawing or design experience
- Knowledge on designing roads, highway, airport runway.
