Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related engineering field.
- Fresh college graduates are welcome to apply!
- At least 1 year of experience in a Quality Assurance role in a manufacturing company is an advantage.
- Internship, academic projects, or coursework related to quality assurance, product validation, or process improvement is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of quality assurance methods, tools, and manufacturing processes .
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret results, document findings, and suggest improvements .
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 requirements or other quality standards (training or coursework acceptable).
- Exposure to the automotive industry or supplier quality processes is a plus but not required.
- Computer literate, with proficiency in MS Office Applications .
