Job Details- Provide support for our training and compliance division.
- Manage and maintain compliance for our clients Driver Qualification Files (DQF)
- Account Management - Fielding and resolving client questions, issues and needs
- Account Implementation - Setting up new and current client structures, establishing new user accounts, provide training to our new clients of our web based solutions as needed
- Coordinate daily management of files
- Oversee and provide final review of documents
- Consult with compliance team on new and updated regulations
Qualifications
- Great attention to detail
- Must have good proficiency of common office programs
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Flexibility in managing tasks across multiple platforms
- Ability to respond promptly and clearly to client requests
- Ability to compare multiple documents and notice discrepancies
