Compliance Supervisor (GBS)
Work Setup: Hybrid
Shift: Night Shift, with flexibility and possible mid-shift scheduling based on business requirements
Onsite Requirement: Three months of onsite training, followed by a hybrid arrangement of three days onsite and two days work-from-home per week

Position Summary
The Compliance Supervisor is responsible for providing day-to-day people leadership and operational oversight for Manila-based Compliance team members supporting U.S.-based operations. This role partners closely with U.S.-based Compliance leaders to drive effective team performance, operational consistency, adherence to service expectations, and established service-level agreements (SLAs).
The successful candidate will lead workforce management activities including coaching, performance management, staffing, employee engagement, and professional development while fostering a culture of compliance, accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Manila-based Compliance team members supporting U.S.-based Compliance operations.
- Serve as the primary people leader for the Compliance Generalist team, including performance management, goal setting, career development, and engagement initiatives.
- Partner with U.S.-based Compliance leadership to align staffing support, operational priorities, service expectations, and escalation-management processes.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, SLAs, quality outcomes, and other operational metrics to ensure delivery expectations are met.
- Facilitate regular team meetings, coaching conversations, feedback sessions, and development-planning activities.
- Address employee relations matters, attendance concerns, performance issues, and escalations in partnership with HR and leadership, as appropriate.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement and support the implementation of standardized workflows, process enhancements, and scalability initiatives.
- Promote a culture of compliance, accountability, professionalism, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the GBS Compliance team.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, confidentiality standards, compliance expectations, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Operations, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- Master's degree in Healthcare Operations, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Experience
- At least five years of healthcare compliance experience required.
- Prior experience leading teams or serving in a supervisory or lead capacity required.
- Experience supporting U.S.-based operations or shared-services environments preferred.
Certification
- Certification in Healthcare Compliance from the Health Care Compliance Association preferred.
