This individual's primary responsibility will be ensuring our customers meet the legal requirements to receive background check results. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with FCRA documentation compliance, processing applicant dispute inquiries, and reviewing background check components for accuracy. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, excellent oral and written communication skills and is able to demonstrate patience and empathy when communicating with clients and applicants.
Core Responsibilities
- Research and verify the legitimacy of new client accounts.
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients who need assistance with the compliance process.
- Maintain certain applicant data in databases to ensure compliance with federal law.
Skills And Other Requirements
- KYC experience is key, with a minimum of 2 years required.
- Experience with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) as it relates to background checks is helpful but not required.
