About The Role
We are looking for a Compliance Specialist with strong experience in DTI coordination, product registration, and regulatory documentation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, well-organized, and knowledgeable about government compliance requirements to ensure that all company products and operations adhere to relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle DTI PERMIT applications, renewals, and compliance updates.
- Manage product registration processes with DTI and other regulatory bodies.
- Prepare, compile, and submit required documents, forms, and certifications.
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure the company stays updated with DTI guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams for compliance requirements related to products and operations.
- Maintain an organized database of permits, licenses, and registration timelines.
- Assist in audits, compliance reviews, and government inspections as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Legal Management, or any related field.
- At least 13 years experience in DTI processing, licensing, and product registration.
- Familiarity with PH regulatory compliance procedures.
- Strong documentation, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and maintain accurate records.
