What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end product quality activities, including customer queries, complaint investigations, supplier CAPAs, and quality issue resolution across global markets.
- Coordinate product compliance and regulatory activities by maintaining product documentation, supplier records, technical files, SOPs, and ensuring documentation remains accurate and audit-ready.
- Own the product testing process from planning through completion, including laboratory coordination, sample management, protocol tracking, timelines, and product dossiers.
- Review and coordinate product artwork, barcode (GS1) management, translations, and label updates, ensuring accuracy and compliance before product launches.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, suppliers, manufacturers, customer service, and regional stakeholders across Australia, New Zealand, the UK, EU, the US, and GCC to support new product launches and day-to-day operational activities.
Key Criteria
- At least 4 years of experience in product compliance, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, or a similar role within FMCG, cosmetics, personal care, pharmaceuticals, or a related manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of product quality processes, technical documentation, regulatory compliance, and product lifecycle management, with exposure to GS1 or barcode management considered highly advantageous.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, documentation, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive problem solver with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with global teams and external suppliers.
- Passion for the beauty or personal care industry, coupled with a can-do attitude, strong ownership mindset, adaptability, and a willingness to continuously learn and improve.
Work setup
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): Full onsite setup for the first 3–6 months, aligned with Australian business hours: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PHT. Depending on performance, the role will transition to a hybrid setup thereafter.
