Compliance & Risk Associate (Chinabank Securities)

About You & the Role

As Compliance & Risk Associate, you will support Chinabank Securities Corporation's compliance and risk management initiatives, regulatory reporting, and audit coordination while working closely with business units and regulatory agencies.

What You Will Be Doing

• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of compliance and risk management programs.
• Prepare and consolidate compliance, risk, and regulatory reports for Management and Board-level reporting.
• Support compliance testing, risk assessments, and monitoring activities.
• Coordinate regulatory submissions and assist in interactions with regulators, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
• Help maintain compliance records, AML requirements, and related policies and procedures.

What Success Looks Like

• Regulatory and compliance reports are submitted accurately and on time.
• Compliance and risk processes are consistently monitored and maintained.
• Audit and regulatory requirements are addressed promptly and effectively.

Qualifications We Value

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, Banking, Law, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in banking, financial services, compliance, risk management, or audit is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• High integrity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
