Job Description

Monitor and process end to end government compliances for SPX facilities assigned to the PIC.
Manage stakeholders (LGUs, BFP, etc.) to minimize and avoid risks for facilities assigned to the PIC.
Coordinate with and assist external partners for permits processing endorsed to the 3rd party/ies.
Coordinate with and manage internal and external stakeholders for the documentary requirements needed.
Monitor internal stakeholders (hub personnel) for submissions needed for insurance enrollment.
Monitor external partners compliance requirements - ensure that SPX's partners are also compliant with their own requirements.
Diligently update and track statuses for hubs compliance for all facilities assigned to the PIC.
Determining the feasibility of current & planned initiatives through quantitative and qualitative analyses
Help Implement new projects and help scale existing projects

Requirements

At least 4 years of work experience in related fields
Strong interpersonal skills for managing external stakeholders
High proficiency in MS Office and G Suite, especially in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
Expertise on the processing of business permits (renewal, new, and retirements) for the warehousing industry.
Negotiation with Government bodies/agencies/staff
Knowledge on the nuances between the different permits requirements, how to secure, and how to navigate changes from LGU to LGU.
Outstanding critical thinking and interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills in English and Filipino
Capable of handling multiple tasks and working under pressure
Willing to travel
