About the Role
Our business is growing quickly, and we're looking for a Compliance Operations Specialist to help new clients get setup compliantly and scale with our product and operations. Some of these responsibilities would include:
What You'll Own
- Leading cross-functional projects that are the company's top priority. You'll be working closely with leadership.
- Driving complex operations projects, including helping new healthcare groups get properly organized in different states.
- Managing the filing of critical documents to support client operations in the US.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for correspondence with US government agencies.
- Conducting independent research and problem-solving to navigate complex government processes effectively.
- Systemizing workflows by documenting processes and ensuring they are clear and repeatable.
- Upholding high-quality standards by maintaining a meticulous and detail-oriented approach to all tasks.
About You
Core Experience
- Experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, operations, project management, or similar roles is a plus.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Operationally excellent, with a high daily output and precision in execution.
- Strong attention to detail and track record for getting the details right.
