Role Description The Compliance Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Davao del Sur, responsible for ensuring that company operations align with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. This role involves monitoring regulatory changes, reviewing processes, and conducting regular compliance audits across manufacturing, finance, and export activities. The Compliance Officer prepares and maintains documentation, develops and updates compliance policies, and supports training programs to promote adherence to regulatory standards. Daily tasks include assessing risk exposure, collaborating with finance and operations teams on corrective actions, and communicating compliance expectations clearly across departments. The role also supports management in responding to regulatory inquiries, maintaining ethical practices, and implementing continuous improvements in the compliance framework.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant laws, standards, and company policies.
• Proficient Analytical Skills to assess risk, review data, identify issues, and recommend practical solutions.
• Effective Communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear reports, conduct trainings, and work with cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of Finance to evaluate compliance implications in financial transactions, reporting, and budgeting.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, food production, or export operations is an advantage.
• High attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work on-site in Davao del Sur and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
