Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Support the Risk and Compliance function to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Assist with balanced scorecard audits, regulatory reporting, complaints handling, investigations and resolution of compliance matters.
Monitor regulatory developments and support communication and implementation of changes, including the Financial Advisers Act and Personal Data Protection Act.
Conduct due diligence on new business relationships and support ongoing reviews with business partners.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Banking/ Finance or equivalent.
With 2 - 5 years of relevant compliance experience, preferably within financial advisory or insurance.
Relevant compliance qualifications or industry experience will be an advantage.
Strong attention to detail, documentation and analytical skills.
Experience in conducting investigations or investigative interviews.
Familiarity with the Financial Advisers Act and Regulations, PDPA, MAS Notices and Guidelines.
Excellent communication skills.
