The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible, with others, for the operations of an investor relations team for a number of Asia based hedge fund and private equity clients.

- Compliance, Manager
Duties
- Responsible, with others, for the smooth operation of the compliance function for private equity and hedge fund clients
- Work closely with the Compliance team on all AML related matters, for open and closed ended funds
- Review of due diligence files, AML and KYC documentation as part of investor on-boarding and periodic review
- Review and classification of CRS, FATCA and Tax documentation
- Generation, review and validation of reports from various systems
- Ensuring procedures and controls are followed to enable accurate investor transaction reporting
- Ensuring operational best practice in accordance with ISAE 3402 and SOC 1.
- Review and authorisation of investor registers, client reports and communication.
- Generate, review and analyse the screening process as performed by the various screening tools
- Work with Management on improvements to controls and reporting developments.
- Undertake specific projects as may be assigned from time to time.
- Any other tasks assigned to you by the Directors.
Skills and Knowledge
- At least 2-3 years working experience in a similar position
- ACAMS or ICA qualification preferred Knowledge of FATCA and CRS reporting preferred
- High degree of professional ethics and integrity
- Ability to communicate well and effectively, verbally and in writing, to a diverse audience
- Build and maintain close and effective working relationships
- Vigilant and accurate in their work Driven and motivated
- Affinity with systems and digital platforms
- Has initiative, commitment to quality service and can work independently with a can do attitude
Remuneration
