Compliance Manager

What you will do in this role

·      Serve as a compliance subject matter expert 

·      Engage with prospective clients for demos and presentations 

·      Develop and manage clients compliance policies and procedures  

·      Design and monitor control systems to ensure objectives are met 

·      Regularly assess the efficiency of control systems and recommend improvements. 

·      Lead client training sessions on GRC management tools 

·      Coordinate with client managers to review compliance procedures 

·      Perform periodic pre-assessments and internal audits 

·      Review, evaluate, and report to management on compliance status 

Job requirements  

·      Strong audit and cybersecurity skills 

·      Strong English written language and verbal communication skills 

·      Someone who thrives on collaboration in a fast-paced, high-growth work environment. 

·      You have an inherent love of problem-solving, a people person, and a passion for everything tech. 

·      Must be willing to be a leader and take the initiative 

·      Desire to work flexible hours. 

·      Smart and fast learner 

·      At least five years of progressive compliance, IT Audit and cybersecurity experience, preferably in a professional services environment. 

·      Highly professional in your interaction with coworkers and clients 

·      Work well in an entrepreneurial environment and be a self-starter 

·      Bachelor's degree (or higher) required. Preference for Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field. 

·      Technical certifications: desired (not mandatory) CISSP, PCI QSA, CISA, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor 

·      Ability to handle confidential and highly sensitive information
