What you will do in this role
- Serve as a compliance subject matter expert
- Engage with prospective clients for demos and presentations
- Develop and manage clients compliance policies and procedures
- Design andmonitorcontrol systems to ensureobjectivesare met
- Regularly assess the efficiency of control systems and recommend improvements.
- Lead client training sessions on GRC management tools
- Coordinate with client managers to review compliance procedures
- Perform periodic pre-assessments and internal audits
- Review, evaluate, and report to management on compliance status
Job requirements
- Strong audit and cybersecurity skills
- Strong English written language and verbal communication skills
- Someone who thrives on collaboration in a fast-paced, high-growth work environment.
- You have an inherent love of problem-solving, a people person, and a passion for everything tech.
- Must be willing to be a leader and take the initiative
- Desireto work flexible hours.
- Smart and fast learner
- At least five years of progressive compliance, IT Audit and cybersecurity experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
- Highly professional in your interaction with coworkers and clients
- Work well in an entrepreneurial environment and be a self-starter
- Bachelor's degree (or higher)required. Preference for Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, ora related field.
- Technical certifications: desired (not mandatory) CISSP, PCI QSA, CISA, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor
- Ability to handle confidential andhighly sensitiveinformation
