What you will do in this role

  • Serve as a compliance subject matter expert
  • Engage with prospective clients for demos and presentations
  • Develop and manage clients compliance policies and procedures
  • Design andmonitorcontrol systems to ensureobjectivesare met
  • Regularly assess the efficiency of control systems and recommend improvements.
  • Lead client training sessions on GRC management tools
  • Coordinate with client managers to review compliance procedures
  • Perform periodic pre-assessments and internal audits
  • Review, evaluate, and report to management on compliance status

Job requirements

  • Strong audit and cybersecurity skills
  • Strong English written language and verbal communication skills
  • Someone who thrives on collaboration in a fast-paced, high-growth work environment.
  • You have an inherent love of problem-solving, a people person, and a passion for everything tech.
  • Must be willing to be a leader and take the initiative
  • Desireto work flexible hours.
  • Smart and fast learner
  • At least five years of progressive compliance, IT Audit and cybersecurity experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Highly professional in your interaction with coworkers and clients
  • Work well in an entrepreneurial environment and be a self-starter
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher)required. Preference for Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, ora related field.
  • Technical certifications: desired (not mandatory) CISSP, PCI QSA, CISA, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor
  • Ability to handle confidential andhighly sensitiveinformation
