Your Role:
As a
Compliance Manager, you will:
- Coordinate the drafting/signing of Subcontractor Contracts (based on our standard contract template and input from Project Management for the specific Subcontractor and Project)
- Coordinate the collection of Subcontractor insurance policies
- Coordinate the collection of Subcontractor Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for specific project
- Coordinate the tracking of the above information in our software platform
- Coordinate compliance with requirements in customer contracts with Project Management, Accounting and HR
- Data verification on Sign-in Sheets and certified payroll reports submitted by Dual Fuel Employees and Subcontractors
- Monthly, Quarterly and Annual MWBE and Section 3 reporting for various contracts
What You Need:
Non-negotiables
- Experience with contracts and compliance required
- Experience with Construction insurance in New York preferred
- Experience with DocuTrax or Jones (subcontractor compliance software) preferred
- Strong Excel skills (specifically Pivot Tables and Lookups)
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
