Job Summary
The Head of Compliance is responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring, and continuously improving the Company's compliance management systems to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, client requirements, industry standards, and sustainability commitments.
The position serves as the focal person for all compliance-related matters, including ISO Management Systems, Environmental and occupational health and safety compliance, sustainability reporting, audit management, policy development, risk management, and regulatory engagement.
The Compliance Head shall ensure that Envirocycle maintains the highest standards of ethical business practices, environmental stewardship, operational compliance, and continuous improvement while supporting the Company's sustainability objectives and strategic goals.
Qualifications;
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Legal Management, Quality Management, Sustainability, or related field.
- Postgraduate studies, Certified Compliance certifications, or Master's Degree is an advantage.
- Minimum of 5–8 years of progressive experience in Compliance, Audit, Quality Management, Sustainability, Risk Management, or related functions.
- At least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven experience handling certification audits and compliance programs.
