Compliance Manager (Ethics & Investigation)

Job Description

Our client in the healthcare space is searching for a Compliance Manager responsible for ensuring the company adheres to legal standards, industry regulations, and internal policies to mitigate risk.

  • Lead Philippines compliance and integrity/ethics case investigations, including data review conducting interviews
  • Oversee the Ethics Hotline matters for the Philippines
  • Engage and partner with PHL Management and India/ US Compliance leadership to continually evolve the company's Compliance and Risk Management Programs in the Philippines.
  • Must have corporate investigation experience, not including ER cases. Possesses experience in conducting and managing investigations including conducting interviews. Ability to interview investigation subjects and witnesses and extract relevant information that is critical to an investigation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact and present investigation scorecard at the board meetings
  • Excellent stakeholder management, strategic communications, especially in navigating to sensitive issues 
  • Act independently to review and evaluate any compliance issues/concerns within the organization are being appropriately evaluated, investigated, and resolved.
  • Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; develop/implement corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues
  • Assist in developing content for training, education and communication
  • Develop a plan and methodology for maintaining a repository of all Training records, Compliance reports, and other compliance documents.
  • Ensures compliance to applicable regulatory requirements (Policy, SOP reviews and alignment, identification of gaps & issues)


Qualifications:

  • 5 yrs to 6 yrs experience in managing Integrity and Compliance programs in large multinational organizations
  • Must have a bachelor's degree, CPA or law background preferred

  • Possesses basic organizational and good interpersonal & influencing skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • A collaborative mentality and ability to interact across multiple teams
  • Ability to manage time to prioritize
  • Flexibility to work across multiple time zones when required
  • Excellent writing, communication, and analytical skills

Others

  • Location: QC domicile but to visit both BGC and QC weekly
  • Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1-day WFH)
