Responsibilities:
- Update tracking sheets and compliance dashboards
- Organize physical and digital files
- Support the Compliance Officer in administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree related to Business, Public Admin, Legal Management, Accounting, or similar
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Willing to do fieldwork occasionally
- Good communication and time-management skills
Recommended Background
1. Educational Background (any of the following):
- BS in Office Management
- BS in Public/Business Administration / Management
- BS in Legal Management
- BS in Political Science
Overall: Someone comfortable with government processes, documentation, and coordination.
Skills & Competencies to Look For:
Technical/Work Skills
- Strong organizational and documentation skills (filing, tracking submissions, updating dashboards, scanning/compiling documents)
- Basic understanding of government transactions (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Proficiency in Google Workspace / MS Office
– Sheets (for tracking)
– Docs (letters/affidavits)
– Drive (file management)
- Good communication skills (coordinating with LGUs, couriers, internal departments)
- Attention to detail (essential for correctness of forms and attachments)
- Time management (permit renewals are deadline-driven)
