Job Description

3–6 months | Paid Internship

Responsibilities:

  • Update tracking sheets and compliance dashboards
  • Organize physical and digital files
  • Support the Compliance Officer in administrative tasks
  • Qualifications:

    • Currently pursuing a degree related to Business, Public Admin, Legal Management, Accounting, or similar
    • Detail-oriented and organized
    • Willing to do fieldwork occasionally
    • Good communication and time-management skills

    Recommended Background

    1. Educational Background (any of the following):

    • BS in Office Management
    • BS in Public/Business Administration / Management
    • BS in Legal Management
    • BS in Political Science
  • Overall: Someone comfortable with government processes, documentation, and coordination.

    Skills & Competencies to Look For:

    Technical/Work Skills

    • Strong organizational and documentation skills (filing, tracking submissions, updating dashboards, scanning/compiling documents)
    • Basic understanding of government transactions (or willingness to learn quickly)
    • Proficiency in Google Workspace / MS Office

    – Sheets (for tracking)

    – Docs (letters/affidavits)

    – Drive (file management)

    • Good communication skills (coordinating with LGUs, couriers, internal departments)
    • Attention to detail (essential for correctness of forms and attachments)
    • Time management (permit renewals are deadline-driven)
  • Behavioral Competencies

    • Proactive and willing to learn
    • Can work with minimal supervision
    • High sense of responsibility and confidentiality
    • Positive attitude despite repetitive tasks
    • Team player (coordination between Compliance, Finance, Operations)
  • Experience (Not required but a plus)

    • Prior internship or exposure to LGU processes, compliance work, or government transactions.
    • Experience in admin work, permits, or customer service.
    • Familiar with business registration, DTI/SEC, BIR, mayor's permit processes.

    Other duties and tasks, as may be assigned.
