II. Roles And Responsibilities
- Compliance Tracking
- Maintain and update CEC databases.
- Validate training records and certificates.
- Support audit cycles through data checks and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with L&D teams and training partners for documentation accuracy.
- Administrative Support
- Prepare reports, summaries, and dashboards.
- Assist in scheduling audits and maintaining digital records.
- Handle CEC-related inquiries from franchisees and staff.
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work with Compliance, Operations, and HR teams to align reporting standards.
- Support compliance reviews, workshops, and conferences.
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.
Minimum Qualifications
