About the role
We're looking for a detail-oriented Compliance Associate to handle business registration and government compliance work for our clients. You'll prepare and file requirements with government agencies, track each transaction from start to finish, and keep clients informed along the way. This is a hands-on role with a mix of desk work and field transactions, suited to someone organized, resourceful, and comfortable dealing with government offices.
What you'll do
- Process business registrations, renewals, and other compliance filings with agencies such as the SEC, DTI, BIR, LGUs, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG
- Prepare, review, and organize documentary requirements to make sure submissions are complete and accurate
- File and follow up on applications through online government portals and in-person visits
- Manage multiple client transactions at once, keeping deadlines and status trackers up to date
- Communicate with clients on requirements, progress, and next steps
- Coordinate with government personnel to resolve issues and move applications forward
- Maintain orderly records of client documents, permits, and filings
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Management, Legal Management, or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and online government portals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with close attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple client transactions simultaneously
- Willingness to coordinate with government agencies and conduct field transactions, including travel
Nice to have
- Experience in business registration, government transactions, corporate compliance, or administrative processing
- Working knowledge of Philippine business registration requirements and government agencies
