Job Description

We're looking for a Compliance and Operations Administrator for our team in the Philippines.

For our Makati office, we are looking to hire a Compliance and Operations Administrator to support day-to-day office operations, ensure HR and regulatory compliance, and act as a key point of coordination across internal teams and external partners

Compliance

Working with the assigned Consultancy Teams:

  • Conduct pre-employment screening and necessary background checks
  • Manage placement extensions on the system
  • Issue Key Information Documents and contracts
  • Maintain and update Right to Work (RTW) documentation and contractor insurance policies
  • Perform first-level quality checks on compliance documentation
  • Assist with the preparation of documentation for internal and external audits
  • Assist with contractor payroll
  • Be the second line point of contact for compliance-related queries

Operational and Administrative Coordination

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding within internal systems (BH and 8x8) for APAC offices
  • Support the escalation of technical and compliance-related queries to the appropriate teams
  • Ensure data accuracy across compliance platforms and internal systems
  • Perform any other ad hoc tasks within the Compliance and HR teams

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in Compliance/HR/ Office management/coordination
  • Good knowledge of local employment laws and regulations
  • Familiar with Government Agencies guidelines (Quarterly Referral and Placement report, Childcare Leave, Maternal/ Paternal Leave, IRAS, ACRA)
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools
  • Fantastic organisational and time management skills
  • Good communication skills
