About The Role
As a
Compliance & Governance Coordinator, you will join our
International Legal & Compliance team, supporting operations across
Asia and the Middle East.
Reporting to the
Director, Legal & Compliance – International, you will play a key role in ensuring
governance processes run effectively and statutory obligations are met across multiple jurisdictions.
This role offers broad exposure to
company secretarial activities, contract lifecycle management, and legal operations, making it an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to build a strong foundation within a global organization.
How You'll Shine
Corporate Governance & Company Secretarial
- Support Boards and Committees through governance administration, including preparation and circulation of meeting materials
- Maintain governance calendars, ensuring timelines and statutory deadlines are consistently met
- Coordinate execution and filing of corporate documents across subsidiaries and committees
- Maintain accurate governance records and registers (e.g., property registers, custodian reports)
- Liaise with custodians, trustees, and internal stakeholders to ensure complete and compliant reporting
Contract Management & Legal Operations
- Support the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including execution, approvals, tracking, renewals, and archiving
- Monitor key milestones (e.g., expiries, renewals, termination dates) to support proactive risk management
- Coordinate legal review workflows and partner with business teams to ensure policy alignment
- Prepare reports and documentation for contract management and legal operations
- Provide ad-hoc legal, compliance, and administrative support as required
What You'll Bring
- 1–3 years experience in legal, compliance, governance, company secretarial, or regulatory support
- Experience within a regional or international organization is highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- High level of professionalism and discretion, with the ability to handle confidential information
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels
- Curiosity and willingness to learn regulatory and governance frameworks across jurisdictions
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
